| We Come To You!
One of the things that makes us different is the way we work. We do not make you waste gas driving to see us, then driving back. Only to wait days for someone to work on your computer. We bring our tools to your house, work on you PC right then and there. We let you know about how long it will take, and then go to work.
Our skills in Information System Engineering make us qualified to service PC. You will know when you watch us work that we are serious about our work!
While we are located in Knoxville our service will go past Knoxville. If you are with in 50 Miles we are able to service you!

This part is very important! You care about how much service will run you. We care too. Why sell your first born for computer services! This is the area that we excel. We even offer after hours service for all of you night owls! Most places close between 5 and 10p.m. Not F&F! 24 Hours a day we will come out and get your PC running!
Rates
8AM to 10PM- $40.00 Per Hour + Parts
10PM to 8AM- $70.00 Per Hour + Parts
In some cases the 10PM to 8AM hardware repairs may not be available until the next night. This is due to the lack of 3rd Shift Hardware Vendors. In most cases we are able to fix hardware issues even on third shift.
Without a doubt you will find that our prices are tough for any one to beat! By the job pricing is available. Most of the time by the hour is the more cost effective way to go. If you would be interested in a by the job pricing just ask. We will work up an estimate of what service and part would cost.
Out of Town Rates are available. Out of town rates are elevated by .35 cents per mile out side of a 20 mile radius we travel. For example if you are in Lenior City or Lafollete we can service your PC. For 10 miles over the radius to and from our base location it would be $7.00. This covers the gas to get to you and back. No other additional charge will be charged for out of town service. We will travel to the following.... Morgan, Anderson, Campell, Claiborne, Union, Roane, Loudon, Blount, Sevierville, Jefferson, Grainger, Morristown, and Cocke County.
